Low temperature asphalt

Public Works of the Council of Rotterdam would like to have different types of asphalt tested to be able to realise as much CO2 reduction on road constructions as possible. At request of the Dutch Government, SGS INTRON has executed several specialised researches to be able to determine the environmental impact of different types of low temperature asphalt in order to advise the Public Works of the Council of Rotterdam on objective comparisons between the several types of asphalt.
