Me and my collegues for others always try to find the best solution (for the customer), test your knowledge and ideas with people in your close environment and have all your reports assessed by a colleague.

Me for myself give your opinion about what is on your mind and be true to yourself.
Me for my collegues help each other, approach your colleagues in a friendly way, when in conflict showing understanding towards your colleagues opinion or making an apology results in a positive attitude.
Me and my collegues for others always stay calm, reasonable and fair (the social standard), do not offend or discriminate, do not accept intimidation or threats and never show this kind of attitude towards others.
Independency
Me for myself stick to your own opinion unless someone’s motivation gives you a new insight.
Me for my collegues try to be a mirror to your colleagues and explain when you feel your colleague handles/interprets something wrongly.
Me and my collegues for others show professional criticism, do not accept money or valuable gifts and do not hesitate to report undesired information.
